The content of the Plan sets out our future local partnership planning intentions for developing community care services for people in West Dunbartonshire covering 2003-2006.
In addition, the plan is accompanied by a population and services profile, which is made up of estimated population projections and service profile information.
It is important to ensure that the plan reflects the views of users and carers, as well as our partners in health, voluntary and private sector community care services.
