The tremendous Scottish poet and storyteller, Donald Nelson, came along to Clydebank and Dumbarton Library to perform a selection of poems, songs and stories. He told tales of intrigue and adventure, with poems about, the Loch Ness monster, pirates and shrunken heads…
Children from Kilbowie and Dalreoch primary were completely absorbed by his poems and stories. The sessions were very interactive with children joining in verses, dancing, laughing and generally having lots of fun.
