The 'Shape Up' class will assist participants by:
Setting realistic short and long term lifestyle goals.
Providing all the necessary advice and motivation needed to achieve these goals.
Developing the knowledge of healthy eating to enable participants to make healthier food choices.
Assisting participants to tailor a dynamic and varied programme of activity to ensure that they remain physically active for life.
Providing a social setting and an open forum for discussion and support with other class members.
All class participants will receive a free voucher which can be redeemed against a physical activity of their choice, swimming, Aerobics, gym session etc.

Classes cost £5.00 with a discount available to GP Referral clients.
