General Booking Information

• Passport to Leisure members may book up to 28 days in advance
• Non-members may book up to 14 days in advance

• Bookings made 7 or more days in advance should be paid no later that 7 days before activity

• Bookings made less than 7 days in advance should be paid no later than 48 hours before activity

• Bookings made inside 48 hours can be paid at time of activity

• Bookings not paid for within the specified time scales will be subject to cancellation and members may be liable for the payment if the slot is not re-sold
