N.P.L.Q. Lifeguard Courses
Do you want to be a lifeguard? We currently run a programme of RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification courses specifically for members of the public. These courses run at each of our three facilities and have a strict limit of 12 places per course. Dates for the 2012 course can be found on the Qualify as a Lifeguard page.

Leisure Services is introducing a number of initiatives to highlight the benefits of swimming. There include new AQUA ZUMBA classes as well as SWIMFIT.
SWIMFIT is a new online and pool-side club that provides a gym style workout programme using specially designed sessions cards which contain four progressive phases that will ensure a great pool workout. Ask reception for details or visit the following web site http://www.swimfit.com
