Non-members may book up to 14 days in advance
Bookings made 7 or more days in advance should be paid no later that 7 days in advance
Bookings made less than 7 days in advance should be paid no later than 48 hours in advance
Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance should be paid for at the time of the activity
Bookings not paid for within the specified time scales may be subject to cancellation
