Defra has issued guidance to the public in relation to wild birds.

Defra have advised that the public should call the defra helpline 08459 335577 if they find any of the following:

One or more dead swans or geese
or
More than three dead birds of the same species
or
more than five dead birds of different species in the same place

Please take note of the time, date and exact location as this information will be asked for
