On 1st June 2004 West Dunbartonshire Licensing Board (in common with West Dunbartonshire Council) launched its Publication Scheme, a new document that gives members of the public access to information held by the Board.
The production of the Publication Scheme sees the implementation by the Board of its first obligations under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. West Dunbartonshire Licensing Board has sought to produce an informative and user-friendly document which not only meets the requirements under the Act, but also clearly demonstrates the Board's commitment to the principles of openness and transparency.
