West Dunbartonshire Council is committed to meeting its responsibilities under the Freedom of Information Act, in force from 1 January 2005.
The Council has approved a Policy Statement on Freedom of Information which sets out the procedures we will follow when handling requests for information. The policy has been circulated to all council staff and training has taken place for key staff.
