Access and Gas Safety
The annual service is FREE
We want you and your neighbours to be safe in your home. Failure to have gas appliances regularly serviced could lead to ill health, gradual poisoning or an explosion. Additional gas costs also occur due to poor combustion.
Should the contractor experience persistent difficulty in gaining access to carry out the annual service, we will have no option but to take steps which will lead to court action. All costs associated with such action will be charged to the tenant.
When the contractor calls and leaves a ‘no access card’, please call the freephone number on the card and keep any appointment you make with the contractor.
