The Environmental Health (EH) Section, like the rest of the Council, is committed to the continuous improvement of its service standards and the quality of service we provide to citizens of West Dunbartonshire. To measure how effectively and efficiently we are doing this, we regularly consult with a randomly selected sample of service users by conducting postal questionnaire surveys to give them the opportunity to give us feedback on their experiences.
The EH Section and Council have also pledged to promote Equal Opportunities and monitor this by enclosing an Equal Opportunities Monitoring Questionnaire along with the Service User Survey Questionnaire.

We also regularly consult with randomly selected samples of local businesses by conducting postal questionnaire surveys to give them the opportunity to give us feedback on their experiences regarding our regular business inspections which we are required to do by statute.
Again, the EH Section and Council have also pledged to promote Equal Opportunities and monitor this by enclosing an Equal Opportunities Monitoring Questionnaire along with the Business Inspections Survey Questionnaire.
