In partnership with East Dunbartonshire Council and Scottish Natural Heritage, West Dunbartonshire Council has produced a series of postcards encouraging local residents to get involved with biodiversity and nature conservation.
The postcards, based on two themes - "Do One Thing for Biodiversity" and "Become a Nature Detective" - give tips on how to improve biodiversity in your local space and encourages locals to send in records of wildlife sightings.
The postcards will be distributed at talks given by West Dunbartonshire's Biodiversity Officer, although they can also be picked up the Council offices at Garshake Road or sent by post. If you would like to receive a set of these postcards, please contact the Biodiversity Officer on 01389 737 858 or at biodiversity@west-dunbarton.gov.uk.
