Braidfield Campus Football Pitch - Emergency Lets

Due to an increased number of requests for the use of the football pitch at Braidfield Campus on a Saturday and Sunday, giving less than 10 days notice, it has been necessary to put an emergency procedure into place. This procedure will apply to Braidfield Campus football pitch only.

• The Letting Section should be contacted on (01389) 737329 / 737319 to check if pitch available. Please state if you wish the use of changing facilities.

• Application form should be completed and signed by lessee and with the Letting Section no later than 12noon on theThursday before let is due to take place. Applications are available on-line and by e-mail from liz.coles@west-dunbarton.gov.uk or yvonne.mccallum@west-dunbarton.gov.uk

• If signed application is not received in time your let will not take place, you should therefore contact the Letting Section to ensure that your application has been received.

• An invoice will be sent to lessee after let takes place.

• Please note that it is the Lessees responsibility to return goalposts and anchor weights to the area designated by the janitor if you are the last group to use the facility.

• Current Letting Regulations will also apply to these lets.
