Caring for the environment is close to the heart of the OHR community and is covered as part of the curriculum through environmental studies and personal and social development. Recycling is encouraged throughout the school with recycling bins in classrooms and communal areas.
At present OHR has the bronze eco award from Eco Schools Scotland and is hoping to achieve a silver award during the next school session.
