Levenvale is committed to being an Eco Friendly School and pupils have taken part in various activities, such as: The Rag-bag Collection, where we collected bags of old clothes which were then sent on to less fortunate countries to be recycled or used again. We also have recycling bins in every classroom and we try to reduce, reuse and recycle whenever we can. We are also fully committed to being a litter free school.
In May we achieved our Silver Award.Congratulations to the Eco School Committee who have worked very hard and to the whole school for their endless support and enthusiasm.
In May we also had another Rag-Bag Collection and this time we raised £28 for school funds. We managed to collect 140kg of textiles too! We would like to thank all parents for their help and we would also like to thank everyone who took part in the Rag-Bag Collection.
