Community Learning and Development Partnership

CL&D Partnership - Information event - 11th March 2008.

Excellent feedback was received from this event held on the 11th March.

Funded via a grant from Learning Connections, the Information Event gave both partner agencies and community representatives the opportunity to meet, network and find out more about local community learning and development initiatives.

The ‘Speed Workshops’ were particularly well received and covered the following:

  • 'Barriers To Learning How Can R2L Make A Difference?' (Routes To Learning Team)

Two Community Learning and Development staff members
  • ‘Adult Learning in W.D. A Partnership Approach A.L.A.N' (CLD & Clydebank College Staff)

  • 'CLAN a Working Partnership’ (CLAN Members)

  • ‘ESOL (English For Speakers of Other Languages) in West Dunbartonshire’ (CLD Staff)

  • ‘Youth Consultation & Representation’ (CLD Staff)
