In a bid to increase the number of opportunities available for school children to be physically active, Active Schools is keen to increase the number of after school clubs operating within West Dunbartonshire. Since our introduction in 2004, we have been proactive in introducing new activities to the after school programmes including Dance, Badminton, Taekwando, Rugby and Tennis.
With links to National Governing Bodies, local clubs and coaching personnel, Active Schools provides training and support for volunteers who is interested in running an after school activity club.
