Corporate Plan 2011/15

Welcome to West Dunbartonshire Council’s Corporate Plan for 2011/15.This Plan sets the direction of the Council over the next four years, guiding the work of our services and our employees. It does this by setting out a clear vision for West Dunbartonshire that is shared by our partners:

'Improve prosperity and inclusion for all citizens, deliver better and more efficient services, and improve West Dunbartonshire as a place to live, work and visit.'

To deliver this vision, we have identified six key themes and related priorities.

• regeneration and the local economy;

• health and well-being;

• safe and strong communities;

• sustainable environments;

• education and lifelong learning; and

• an improving Council.

Details of our priorities, objectives and performance indicators to measure progress towards them are set out in the Corporate Plan.
