Why a Client Survey?
Within the West Dunbartonshire area we have been working together over the past few years to ensure that the needs of our clients are at the heart of the services we provide. This report is the result of the second survey we have undertaken, the areas and questions have remained unchanged in order to enable us to make direct comparisons, and measure any movement against that initial survey.
We continue to seek insight into the views of those individuals who, have taken responsibility for their own life choices and need support from our joint services to ensure their recovery from problems associated with drug and/or alcohol misuse.
Our annual survey of client perceptions is only one way in which we are working to ensure that we address the priorities contained in the "Road to Recovery" and "Changing Scotland’s Relationship with Alcohol".
