Creation of Town Twinning Association

Painting of Argenteuil
West Dunbartonshire Council has agreed to develop existing links between Clydebank and Argenteuil by extending the twinning arrangement to the whole of West Dunbartonshire. One of the first steps towards developing this bond of friendship is the creation of a community based Town Twinning Association to develop links and promote exchanges between local groups and organisations. At public meetings on 27 and 31 March, a steering committee was formed to take Town Twinning forward.

Town Twinning is open to everyone regardless of age, gender, disability, religion or even ability to speak French!
