Pre-Application Consultations
From 3rd August 2009 an application to be submitted for a National or Major development will require to have a pre-application consultation with communities. From 6th April 2009 applicants will be able to carry out these pre-application consultations. For additional guidance and advice please read the Development Management General Advice Note 4 on Pre-Application Consultations
Pre-Application Screening Notice
The submission of a screening notice is optional and is for instances where the applicant is uncertain whether the proposal is categorised as either a National or Major development.
