We will give you advice in writing on any consents required to be obtained and any additional comments we may have on your proposal. This service is provided free of charge, all you have to do is write in to the Council with full details of your proposal.
We have created a development checklist for you to complete and return to us if you are thinking of developing your home. After doing some checks we will then be able to let you know, in writing, what consents you need to have in place before starting.
