Mr Lance R. Guilford, Dip TP, MRTPI, Reporter from the Scottish Government Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals held a public local inquiry between Tuesday 18th November 2008 and Monday 1st December 2008 into objections made to the West Dunbartonshire Local Plan (Finalised Draft) and proposed modifications to the Plan.
The Reporter has now submitted his recommendations to the Council in respect of the objections before him at the Inquiry and these recommendations have been considered by the Council. The Report of Inquiry is available to view or download here.
