How to Respond to the Consultation

We welcome your comments on the Proposed Draft Core Paths Plan.

 

You can respond by using any of the following methods :-

 

  1. If responding via the West Dunbartonshire Council web site, either use the on-line feedback form or print the form out, complete it and send it the address shown.

  2. If responding via the CD version of the Proposed Draft Core Paths Plan, print the feedback form out, complete it and post it.

  3. If responding using the printed version of the Proposed Draft Core Paths Plan, complete the feedback form and post it.

  4. Attend one of the drop-in sessions listed below and complete a feedback form :-

Copies of the Proposed Draft Core Paths Plan and feedback forms are also available at local libraries in West Dunbartonshire.

 

Note that this consultation is being undertaken in an open and transparent manner. A consultation document will be prepared and made available to the public along with the Draft Core Paths Plan.

 

Responses to the consultation will be summarised and where comments have been made, these will be attributed to the respondent using :-

 

  1. The names of the group, organisation, agency or Local Authority

  2. The initial and surname for individuals, land managers and others

 

West Dunbartonshire Council is subject to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and will be obliged to provide anonymous copies of any reponses if requested to do so.


West Dunbartonshire Council is also subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such will only use any personal data provided for the purpose for which it is provided. Personal data will not be passed on to any third party.
