Brief History

 

Duntocher Library was opened in April, 1967 in the new Duntocher Youth Centre & Library, later the Glenhead Community Education Centre. It was administered by Dunbartonshire County Council until 1975, by Clydebank District Council from 1975 to 1996, and then by West Dunbartonshire Council.
