Section 7 (Part 2)
Several people were officially decorated for their services during the Blitz; many more ordinary people acted courageously and selflessly. Although never officially recognised, they will never be forgotten, either by the people they helped or by future generations to whom many stories of heroism have been passed down. Over 60 years later, these stories have become part of Clydebank's heritage, a heritage of which they me be justly proud.
End of the story of the Clydebank Blitz.
