The Arts Development Service promotes access to, and participation in, arts and cultural activities and events at a grassroots level. Throughout the year, we promote activities and projects within the various communities of West Dunbartonshire.
Projects may include community workshops in dance, drama, website design, visual arts, and music as well as public events such as the Council's annual Music for a Christmas Evening.
